How do I schedule a tour?
You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you.
If you prefer, you can also call (571) 568-3027, email Leasing@heightsatgcv.com, or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up.
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.
What documents are required to apply?
All applicants are required to provide a valid, government-issued ID and supporting documentation for income verification.
What are the guarantor or co-signer requirements for your community?
Guarantors have the same requirement as any other applicant except they need to make 5x the rent instead of 3x the rent.
What are the income or credit requirements?
Applicants need to make 3x the rent in their gross income. This is reflective of the combined income of all applicants.
We follow Hines standard parameters for credit screening. We do not list a specific credit score requirement.
Is there an application fee?
Application fees, including the amount, refundability, and payment details, are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.
What is the process for requesting reasonable accommodations or modifications?
A written request for a reasonable accommodation form is given to the leasing office.
Requester is given the Hines reasonable accommodation form and returns to the leasing office. Community Manager works with upper management to determine if the request can be approved.
